Leftovers are lovely!! Don't have to think about what to make...just as yummy on day 2! These greens were so easy; took about 15 minutes to prepare & they were done & delicious! 'Tis the season to get healthy! Are you tired, weak, wishing you had more energy, anticipating all of this as the holidays arise? This can be the time of year when things get even busier, stress levels get higher, time gets shorter and we put ourselves off for a season. Well, this season is 92 days...92 days until 2017 and it's up to you what you'd like to do with them! Take 30 minutes each day and focus on a good for you workout! Make it a goal to drink at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces per day. I great way to start...fill up your bottle as soon as you wake and strive to finish it before you leave the house. Mine is 32 ounces...I prefer to drink as much as I can early in the day, knowing it's harder for me in the afternoon.
