We are the hands and feet of Jesus, and there’s no better time than Christmas to extend a hand of to the world.

Today pastors of our youth and children’s church paid a visit to the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital in Akropong to spend some time and share some love and prayers with patients there.

It’s a privilege to join Jesus in . We want to encourage you to do same this festive season. Remember to share the of Jesus and his birth with someone.

Welcome to James 3! This chapter of James teaches us to watch what we say. The Bible says that “life and death are in the power of the tongue” and this chapter highlights how we should use our words and what real godly wisdom is.

If you are a member of Christ Temple East and just wrote your WASSCE, this camp is for you!

Join us for 5 days of faith building from Monday October 23rd, which will be climaxed by the Renewal Service in November.

Registration will take place at the Youth Hall (CTE) after both services.

True faith pushes us into action. Is there something you are believing God for? Are you walking in obedience by living out your faith?

We encourage you to spend some time in prayer with God this week and ask Him for the grace, obedience and strength to actively walk out your faith and receive all those promises. We’re rooting for you 💪🏾🙏🏽

We pray that God will make you smile this week and give your the strength and grace to overcome whatever comes your way.

The second portion of James 1 talks about not only hearing the Word but doing it. Knowing and memorizing Bible verses is great, but what’s more important is DOING what the Bible says, every where we go.

Our simple message today as you read and meditate on James 1:12-26 is JUST DO IT🙏🏽

The Bible defines leadership through the heart of service and humility.

As children of God we pray that this week you will LEAD wherever you are by letting your light shine in service🙏🏽

Today we want to delve into overcoming our emotions and actively seeking and DO God’s will for our lives.

Christianity is practical so as we pray we also obey with the help of the Holy Spirit. This is how we overcome. 🙏🏽

It can be very hard to distinguish between what is our emotion and what is the will of God because we all know that feelings can be very strong and persuasive, especially in this social media era we are in.

As Christians our guide for life is the Word of God, which is the ONLY truth be should believe (even when circumstances appear contrary). John Piper captures this beautifully in todays post.

This week we commit to confront our feelings with the TRUTH of God’s word, and trust the Holy Spirit to lead us to obey.

Life can sometimes feel so dark and hopeless, leaving us lost and afraid, but Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God plan for us is for our ultimate good and prosperity. Isn’t that amazing 😁
