This paper-wrapped chicken looks so easy enough.
50g chopped spring onion
15g minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seed oi
2 tbsp cooking wine
Generous dash of salt and pepper
Mix all the above together
1 packet of enoki mushrooms, washed
1 chicken thigh (remove the skin, optional)
1 baking paper or parchment paper big enough to wrap the chicken thigh
Lay the baking paper down on a baking tray
Lay the enoki mushroom on top
Place the chicken thigh on the mushrooms
Spread the spring onion mixture on top
Wrap the chicken up into a paper parcel
Grill in the oven or air fryer at 180 degree celsius for 20 mins

Breakfast Egg Souffle Pancake
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
Cooking oil
Directions
Separate egg yolks from the whites
Add the salt into the egg yolks and beat to mix
Whisk the egg whites, until soft peaks
Fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites into a smooth batter
Heat up a flat pan with some cooking oil on medium heat
Pour the egg mixture, flatten slightly to shape, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Uncover and fold the souffle pancake in half.
Remove to serving plate
Enjoy with some jam

Flower Tea for Night Owls
8 dried chrysanthemum buds
3 red dates
10 dried goji berries
8 dried longans
8 dried rose buds
Boil with 1.5 litres of water for 10 minutes
1. Remove all the ingredients if you are not going to drink the tea at one go.
2. The tea should be naturally sweet but if you need to sweeten it, add a little honey while the tea is still hot.
