Today.
Why not come along and have a look around today or tomorrow at Taunton School
So with one of our members layout Halsdon Road being set up for Rail-Ex Taunton this evening. We look forward to seeing you Tomorrow and Sunday from 10AM
So the later crew this evening managed to get the front scenic boards on The Summit which allows some photographic pictures tonight but there seemed to be an imposter on the main line
So while the oldies had gone it was time for Gary's O Gauge RES train to stretch its legs on the clubs Summit Layout
So a picture of the hidden gem that is the farm yard on Evercreech New from the non public side. Day 3 of the layout being along side Heaton Lodge, Britain's Largest Model Railway
The last day of Britains Largest Model Railway, Heaton Lodge, at Royal Bath & West Showground with our little layout Evercreech New
So a few more photos from Evercreech New at the Royal Bath & West Showground.
Heaton Lodge in the background makes our 50x30 foot layout look quite small.
The last picture was taken just 6 weeks ago to give you some idea how busy we have been.
You can't not be amazed at the sight of Heaton Lodge, Britain's Biggest Model Railway. Makes our layout Evercreech New look small, its n normally the biggest layout at an exhibition
So a few pictures of Evercreech New art the Royal Bath & West Showground. Its not often that or layout isn't one of the biggest in the room, but it is overshadowed by Britain's Largest Model Railway. Heaton Lodge.
So in 6 weeks we have gone from the first picture to the second in readiness for Evercreech New outing next week to join Britain's Largest Model Railway layout Heaton Lodge.
The layout will still be a work in progress so please bear with us.
So following on from the clubs invitation to join Heaton Lodge at Shepton Mallet in April with Evercreech New. Lots of extra work being carried out on Prestleigh Viaduct end of the layout with the scenery sub base going on tonight.
With cardboard, chicken wire, plywood and cellotex all being used depending on what is required to go on top of the scenery.
So after last week's start, swapping the front of the O gauge layout from Evercreech New so that the scenic boards can be worked on. This week sees The Summit rear scenery boards being added to the track skeleton boards
