Last time I posted a scale picture I was so close to being under 400. I stumbled (look no harsh language omgz) and shot back up to 448. I was too embarrassed to post that 10 days ago. 10 days of getting back on track and doing and I'm down to 424. Not where I was at before but also, not where i was at before
Today I did legs for the first time in about a month and I was able to do the same amount as last time.
Getting back into not stumbling made me realize I did not have a line razored into my hair so I can feel like a hip cool cat

So I've been doing keto this week to springboard back into the swing of things and i haven't stumbled. I wanna stop saying "fu**ed up" cuz it's harsh but I also like being straight forward about it.

I fell off hard there, friends. Depression, anxiety, and just straight up s**tty thinking had me fall back into eating like s**t and being a lazy f**k. I stayed away from social media cuz I felt guilty about not keeping up with this which made me want to avoid it even more.
Talked to my friends and they reminded me how far I fu**in came from years ago and this whole thing is a process. Even the f**k ups.
So I'm back, buds. Expect food pics and lots of obnoxious content.

I've been MIA but still on the grind. My diet hasn't been great but the last few days I've stayed on point. I tried on a 4x shirt at a mall and it fit.
Went in today. 60 minutes on legs, 20 on abs. I tried the row machine and it was fu**in rough. In the sauna sweatin out that burger juice !

PR's on every back exercise today and I hit 5 minutes on the stiarmaster at level 3. Had to stop a few times but I did eeeeet.
I'm beginning to notice big changes in my body and it's a huge motivation to go harder. 15 minutes in the sauna to make sure I cry at the end of the night.

Been a while since I did one of these buuuuut we're still crushing s**t. Last night I hit a PR on the chest press (100lb for 2 full sets of 10) my belts are buckled all the way yet they are loose af, and my roommate mentioned how my body all together looks smaller/thinner. Kaboom.
