Who We Are

Haven and hinge are words that embody the mission behind our work. The hinge is one of the smallest details in the function of a home, but it is an integral component of connection. We believe that the small details matter to the bigger picture of your daily life. Growing up, I remember every one of the twelve homes we lived in, each one a project for my father, a home builder, and my mother, an interior designer, with the goal of creating a new, functioning space for our family. I see my parents as the original Chip and Joanna Gaines dream team, and my brother and I joke that we grew up in fixture and tile stores. That experience deeply impacted how I approach buying, selling, and renovating homes. To me, it’s the story of shaping a home around your story and your life, to make the everyday beautiful and functional.
