Time Flies with Tarzan! 🌿🕰️ This week's #KlockitClockoftheWeek is a unique clock project created by one of our talented customers! Every detail is meticulously crafted, making it a true work of art! The customer shares, "I made this clock using the High Torque Quartz Pendulum Clock movement and the 3" wavy hand set. Tarzan replaced the pendulum bob, so he swings on his "vine." The parts for the clock were laser-cut from birch plywood and MDF. Although the Tarzan cutout weighs more than the original 2 1/8" brass bob, the movement has no difficulty with the additional weight. The movement made the project easy to complete. I originally sketched an idea for the clock in my Sketchbook in 2017. The recent addition of a laser to my shop enabled me to bring the clock to fruition.
