Found this picture. I took this August 2020 just a few months before I got pregnant 🤰🏼 first thing that came to my head is UGH I can’t wait till I’m this size again ! I am now 5 months postpartum still struggling to get back here but also it took me 3 years to get to where I was in that picture! We women are always obsessing over all the flaws we have and not celebrating that we are alive and pushing everyday to not give up and fall into a big black hole 🕳

Secret to motivation ?
Yeah I think I might be on to something !
I remember I use to get excited about starting new diets thinking it’ll be long term but obviously it wasn’t and didn’t work for me because so much was taken or I wasn’t supposed to eat this or that.
Now my motivation comes from taking care of myself while helping others do the same and YES don’t get me wrong sometimes it’s hard as hell to keep going. But every single day I show up for myself first and then my ladies. My team reminds me to show up just as I remind them that they also can do it !
We get to decide. We get to choose.
It is up to YOU to find what motivates you to keep MOVING forward.

to the mom struggling as a first time mom or just a mom struggling. Just know all emotions, even those that are suppressed & unexpressed, have physical effects. Unexpressed emotions turn to a timer in the body and brain ready to exploded like a time 💣 bomb. Take time for you mammas. PLEASE this is coming from me a MOTHER at 19 years old in a very dark place that took her 3 years to realize that she was stuck and struggling in a very dark space.
