Tatiana at F&H Fitness
Tatiana was born and raised in Fairbanks. Her love of fitness is a direct result of finding the power of movement as medicine; as she began to suffer from health issues due to her sedentary lifestyle in her teens. Soon after diving back into the gym, she found a love for nutrition as well, which led her to become a NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Tatiana began her journey at F&H by taking Culture RIDE and Culture FiT, and she quickly fell in love with the message, the vibe, and the community (TRIBE) behind F&H. Tatiana is a NASM certified personal trainer, currently seeking a bachelor’s in Sport and Recreation Business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
