We will be hosting a classic high tea at Our high tea includes classic finger sandwiches, petit scones with preserves, mini quiche, assorted squares and sweets, mini mousse pots, local Brie and artisan crackers, loose leaf tea or handcrafted non alcoholic beverages included $35 per person including GST, 2 person minimum.
Mimosas and cocktail menu curated for this event will be available for an additional cost.

Weekend entertaining made easy! Spiced squash, goat cheese, bacon and broccolini, roasted garlic puff pastry tart.
What started out with wanting to use up left overs in the fridge turned into this delicious masterpiece and it did not disappoint!

Hello 2023!
Out with the old and in with the new🥳
We decided it was time to freshen up our logo as we head into the next chapter. We expect a lot of exciting things to come for this year. Having said that, I am making commitments to myself and the business 😊

1. Be kind to myself- The chef life has certainly taken its toll on me mentally and physically, as I know it has with all of my colleagues the past few years. I have committed to listening to my body and knowing that there are sometimes limitations to what can be done and that’s ok!

2. Engagement- This is a tough one! I am certainly a head down- get the job done type of person. I get caught up in the actual job that I don’t take the time to share what I am up to in the kitchen.

Starting next week, we will be sharing 1 easy, nutritious-family friendly recipe to make at home in 30 minutes or less. These recipes will be weekly feature from our meal delivery program.

Thank you for your incredible support over the past year Kamloops! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Park picnic vibes...This beauty went out yesterday for afternoon snacking❤️

All the delicious Canadian cheese, local cured meats, house made pickles, preserves and perfectly paired accompaniments.

Charcuterie by definition is cold cooked meats collectively- It definitely has evolved over time and most certainly in the past few years.

It has become an art, a beautiful display of colour and texture. An experience meant to be shared with others, slower, conscious enjoyment of beautifully curated flavours. We are always happy to make boards such as this one as it represents togetherness through the love of food.

This sweet little box was a Birthday surprise from out of town friends. We may be celebrating in smaller circles but we can still make friends and loved ones know how much they are loved 🥰

Here at the supper club we made Moroccan spiced lentils and grilled halloumi🤤soooo good! We made this delicious dish in 35 minutes!

Come join the Supper Club- a virtual cooking class taking place on the 3rd Thursday every month(Thursday, March 18th). The recipe, grocery and supply list will be sent out a week prior to the class.
