This Saturday is the celebrating California cheesemakers and everything that goes with cheese!

Many of our dry sparkling meads pair perfectly with cheeses of all types. One of our favorites is the Oregon Radish Blossom paired with a Gruyere or Emmenthaler and olives! Or our new release of the Marin County Wildflower accompanied with a sweet aged cheddar or caramel-noted Gouda.
