“Yarrow. I hope this email finds you well and that Angela and the kids are good. I just wanted to say thank you for providing me a platform where I could better myself. I gained a lot from my experience in May and can't wait to be back. Thanks for what you do. It's sorely needed in our world. Have a great fall. Can't wait to come back. “ -Nate

‘This visit to The Coast Ridge was the best thing for me!! It made me push myself & not let situations I am currently in define what I can do. The food was amazing & reminded me of how quality over quantity can fuel me. I have refined my exercise routine & feel so good. Including the weight I lost at The Coast Ridge & the 3 weeks at home, I am leaner & have more energy & 10 lbs lighter. Thank you for a phenomenal program in the most incredible setting.’

P L A N T I N G S E E D S @ The Coast Ridge 🌞 We love to see things grow + thrive 🧡 Engaging with the earth 🌎 nurturing the vital connection between soil, seed, garden, kitchen & nourishment for the body + spirit, we celebrate the cycle & processes that are here, right below our feet and at our finger tips. The way nature made it.

With the organic matter left from kitchen scraps, humus created from composting can lead to better oxygen utilization, improving soil structure, fertility + nutrient supply and has nine times the water-holding capacity of sand. By feeding the earth & turning cover crops such as fava beans, buckwheat & clovers into the earth we enrich our soil, our planet and ourselves. 🌊🙏🌱💦🌞
