The cake pops you'll find on this page are round, coated cakes. They are not the type of cake pops that are made with frosting; they are baked cake through and through. The coating is vanilla or chocolate flavored and occasionally, there are other flavors available. I'm always experimenting with new flavors and designs. A ghost from Christmas Past…but a good one—the box of Christmas Ornament cake pops. It had to be arranged just right so that the sticks could be hidden beneath the insert in the box. Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving! Some fall cake pops are in order as we approach the end of November. Today I made a spice cake with pumpkin flavored coating and a banana cake with vanilla coating. I know banana isn’t very fall-like, but they were getting too ripe so it’s fall on the outside. Very delicious!!!
