Hi everyone. Bizzy here. I'm the Assistant Director of Security here at Lazy Beagles Farm. I took the weekend off, and beginning Monday, I'll be on "light duty" work in the social media department for two weeks. You see, I had to go to the ER last night since I hurt my back on the job! We announce the passing of one of our advisory board members tonight. Babs, who came to our extended Lazy Beagles family in 2012 as a Mother's Day gift to my mom, was always so happy despite her rough beginning. We adopted her from the shelter in Nacogdoches, Texas, where she had been for some time after having been found in the woods and brought there. From the very first moment we saw her, she was a bundle of joy and motion! She came running out of the kennels at break neck speed sliding across the floor in the reception area. As a spirited 2 or 3 year old, she quickly adapted to life with our parents chasing squirrels non-stop for the first many months! And, she also sang the song of her Beagle heritage (barking) every time anyone drove down the driveway. Her loveable greetings will be greatly missed. As a girl with a healthy appetite, she served as food consultant for Lazy Beagles Farm. Thank you, Babs, for sharing your excitement and love with us!
