This picture is of a roof heavily infested with moss. We clean off the moss removing the moss balls. You can't remove all moss because the roots of the moss go into the shingles. We blow or vacuum debris off the roof. We try to minimize the mess on the ground by collecting what we can off the roof. We clean out the gutters using our gutter vacuum system. The final process we treat the roof with chemical to kill the remaining moss.🙂
