Audio Air Force
Classic and original radio theatre productions, performed live, with local voice actors, musicians, and foley artists!
Audio Air Force at the Capitol City Comic Con. Hands-on, interactive sound effects and reading classic radio scripts from radio shows connected to comic characters.
At the Capital City Comic Con at the Lansing Center tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. Hands-on sound effects, learn about audio theater.
If you happen to be going to the Capital City Comic Con at the Lansing Center, July 12-14 - look for the Audio Air Force display table. We'll be there talking about the many classic comic characters that were also radio shows in the 30's, 40's and 50's. We'll also have some sound effects props you will be able to try out along with some items on display. Stop by, say 'hi', and read part of a script with us.
The show last night was slightly different in feel and tone from what we've done in the past - but it certainly didn't make it any less awesome. We had our share of challenges along the way in putting this one together, but you'd never know it from the performance. Thanks to everyone in the cast, and the behind-the-scenes work, rehearsing, etc. that went into this production.
To Bill Bartilson, when Audio Air Force began, you said that you'd always have our back. Thanks for being there!!!
Thanks to everyone for their time and talent. Especially to Jeff Kennedy and Jon Ritz for allowing us to perform your scripts.
We're still working on the schedule for the rest of the year. Watch Facebook and stay tuned...
The Acts of Love 2.0 cast is hard at work rehearsing the show! Come out to see us this Saturday, Feb. 17, 7pm, at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center.
