All of our turbochargers are component balanced which means each component, the shaft, turbine, compressor wheel and bearings are all balanced individually to less than one gram, they are then high speed balanced as a complete assembled unit on our VSR high speed balancer. This balancer spins the turbo to over 75,000 rpm and tells us if the unit is within spec or if adjustments are necessary. Our balancer supplies oil pressure to the turbocharger while it is balancing so the turbos all have oil run through the bearings to pre l**e the turbo and to verify that the oil seals are working properly. All this boils down to is multiple checks for the best quality control!

New 6.7 intake elbows are in the works! These will flow double what the factory intake elbow does all while retaining the factory emissions system!

engineered the 6.7 to maximize drivability and performance. One way they did this is by reversing the cylinder heads exhaust flow. By doing so they shortened the distance that the hot exhaust has to travel through the up pipes before entering the turbos turbine. This shorter distance not only increases flow, but also reduces the amount of heat loss in the exhaust which helps the turbo spool up quicker. Our s300 drop in turbos are the only s300 frame turbos that utilize the factory up pipes. This means our s300 drop in will out spool and outperform our competitors s300 kits with similar sized units. Not only does this aid in performance, this also allows for better serviceability in the field due to a greater supply and dealer network when compared to the aftermarket.

These flow 43% more than stock and are made as 2 separate pieces to allow for expansion/contraction to prevent cracking. On top of this, these have a divided fl**ge that helps increase the velocity of the exhaust coming into the turbo which decreases turbo lag!
