After you drop off a member, please remember to do a quick check of the vehicle before you pull away. If a member left an item behind, try to catch them before they enter their home or medical building so you can return the item to them. If you are unable to return it to them or don’t find it until you leave the vicinity, please turn the item into your regional office so it can be reunited with the member.

We understand that in some cases, you may need to cancel a trip after it was assigned to you. To do so, navigate to the “Cancel Trip” button in the top right corner of a trip in the Veyo app. Remember, you must assign an appropriate cancellation reason for the trip before you can cancel it.

Has your banking information changed? Make sure to update it in the app so you get paid promptly! Updating your banking information is easy:

1. Log into the Veyo driver app
2. Navigate to the “Personal” area of your profile.
3. Click on the option that reads “Bank account ending in:”
4. Modify your banking details, including routing number, account number, the type of account it is, and the name on the account.
