: Morning and afternoon traffic can be heavier with school drop-offs and pick-ups. Allow extra time for your routes during these peak hours and consider alternative paths to avoid congestion near schools.

Welcome to the first day of Fall, VeyoRide drivers! With the weather changing, make sure stay prepared for the cold.

After you drop off a member, please remember to do a quick check of the vehicle before you pull away. If a member left an item behind, try to catch them before they enter their home or medical building so you can return the item to them. If you are unable to return it to them or don’t find it until you leave the vicinity, please turn the item into your regional office so it can be reunited with the member.

We understand that in some cases, you may need to cancel a trip after it was assigned to you. To do so, navigate to the “Cancel Trip” button in the top right corner of a trip in the Veyo app. Remember, you must assign an appropriate cancellation reason for the trip before you can cancel it.

: Remember, when a school bus stops and extends its stop sign, you must stop as well. This is not only the law but also a critical safety measure to protect children boarding or leaving the bus.

While we hope they never happen, we know that sometimes accidents can happen on the road. Remember, if you get into a traffic accident or motor vehicle collision, it is imperative that you immediately report the situation to us.

Drivers please remember, you should never transport a child without the proper child safety restraint. This may include a car seat or booster seat. Laws for child safety seats vary from state to state. It is your responsibility to know and comply with laws in your state.

Has your banking information changed? Make sure to update it in the app so you get paid promptly! Updating your banking information is easy:

1. Log into the Veyo driver app
2. Navigate to the “Personal” area of your profile.
3. Click on the option that reads “Bank account ending in:”
4. Modify your banking details, including routing number, account number, the type of account it is, and the name on the account.
