Huge thanks to Fabrica for hosting me this week for my artist residency Turning My Cello Round. It was a beautiful opportunity to inhabit the space, make music and sound, immerse myself in movement and senses. Gorgeous also to invite people in for the public event Shape and Surrender. Thank you to the dancers, Bethan Prosser for hosting the Q&A, and to ACE for funding the opportunity.

It's begun...

5 Rhythms with Paul, Pimlico, 28-5-24. This was a beautiful evening in an atmospheric venue with wonderful open-hearted expressive dancers / movers. Making music as part of it felt special.

My first ever artist residency is during summer solstice week at Fabrica. Tickets for the public event, on Wednesday 19th June, have just been released. Join me?

Fabrica Fabrica is a space where everyone can experience art. Located in a Grade II listed, former regency church in Brighton, Fabrica presents a varied programme of events from film screenings, talks, group discussions and community led events for all ages and abilities.

I'm excited about running this adult strings workshop soon - a chance to play with lots of other string players, beyond reading music: a place for curiosity and playfulness. Join in at your own pace, even if you haven't played for years!

Exciting news!

I'm absolutely thrilled to have been awarded a DYCP grant to explore a new creative direction, incorporating sound, movement, and somatic enquiry.

After ten years focusing on facilitating and supporting others to make music for wellbeing in community and healthcare settings, this is a welcome and timely development.
