Thinking about my next move π2018 the year of growth physically and mentally ππΎ
I started a 100 day challenge with to lose weight while increasing strength every 25 days I'll show progress pics ,trying to get that squat to 200 kgRoad to 200 kg squatsπ

Running your body on a bad diet will limit your strength gains in 2016 I would eat everything under the sun got to 98 kg didn't feel good and and never feel like my body weight matched my strength 2018 I'm 92 eating more nutritionally valuable food and increasing me strength during calorie deficit lol I'm going to use this year to test myself and see how much strength I can build I'm basically my own science experiment π¨ππΎ
135kg gradually getting stronger 3 plates I'm coming πͺπΎ π¨π¨

1 rep max on squats has gone up to 170kg shootout for the training tips 4 plates soon πβπΎ

100 kg starting to feel easy on the chest - it's always good to try now things in the gym ,if you feel you've hit a plateau in training switch up the exercises your doing to something completely different from the same muscle an example would be using the dumbell press to replace the bench press for a few weeks ππΎ
