Wow! Our LME students donated almost 3,000 items to the Monticello Help Center. The donations weighed in at 2,297lbs! Way to go, LME! I am so proud of our school community!

Thank you to the Monticello Fire Department for visiting our 1st graders today! They taught us a lot about fire safety and how their equipment keeps them safe! 🚒

Today we participated in the “Kindness in Chalk” movement. The students and staff were very creative in their efforts to spread kindness!

This morning our LME 3rd graders were each given a novel that was donated by the Rotary Club. We appreciate this generous donation. Happy Reading!

Our first day of school is off to a great start! Mrs. Clark’s class won the Welcome Back Days’ drawing, and their reward was to be the first class to use chalk on our new playground Mandala. ⭐️

Our school patrol members were at LME for training today. They did a great job!

Thank you to Mr. Boraas and Mrs. Koubsky for leading the training and supervising this group throughout the year.

Also, thank you to Deputy Nordin for joining us today. We appreciate the great partnership we have with our County Sheriff’s Department.

We sent our School Patrol members off to Legionville Camp today!

Our School Patrol members were rewarded for their service today by attending the Twins game! Thank you to Mrs. Koubsky and Mr. Boraas for supporting these students all year and taking them on this field trip! Twins win!

Wow! Our 1st annual LME Family Fun Night was a blast! We had a wonderful turnout and everyone had a great time. Thank you to all of the families that attended. A huge shoutout to our staff and parents that volunteered, the Monti Fire Department, Wright County K9 Deputy, and all of the others that joined in the make this event such a success! We have an awesome school community!
