I cause triggers because the energy I remit is at a shadow soul level. This makes you remember any traumas from your past. So before you action your emotion, I urge you to sit in that energy and let your subconscious guide you towards that wound. Anything that reminds you of what happened right before or during a trauma is a potential trigger. They're usually tied to your senses. You may see, feel, smell, touch, or taste something that brings on your symptoms. While triggers themselves are usually harmless, they cause your body to react as if you're in danger.
A trigger might make you feel helpless, panicked, unsafe, and overwhelmed with emotion. You might feel the same things that you felt at the time of the trauma, as though you were reliving the event. The mind perceives triggers as a threat and causes a reaction like fear, panic, or agitation.

I bet a lot of you don't know about Karmic debt and Karmic cost. Let me explain some more.
What Is The Karmic Cost?
karmic cost is created when you are giving away your services for free unwilling (normally this is through people that trick you into providing them a service then making excuses not to pay) The healer or reader knows that the work they offer is life-changing. If they give away that level of value without taking anything in exchange, the universe creates a karmic debt for the person (the debt is owned by the receiver) It is at best co-dependent and at worst manipulative in forcing someone to take on a debt they cannot repay in this lifetime. Energy has to find a balance. If the healer or reader is providing great value and taking no payment in return, the energy cannot balance itself.

What makes me so unique, well I have tourettes. The day I found out I had tourettes everything made so much sense, and instead of seeing it as a disability I saw it as a blessing. I have been learning so much about myself and others that now its simple for me to see this in others. Did you know that Tourettes is also in the autism spectrum? I have always known I was different, but I never knew how special I was.
