So true!
Everytime my family visits Japan, there is always someone that extends help.
Recently, our trip to Sapporo was awesome. We arrived past 9pm and was very cold. We were surprised to know that there was no receptionist and that the instructions was sent to my email but could not access the message since the fone was drained.
Immediately we went back to the convenience store nearby hoping to charge the fone. Indeed, someone volunteered to contact the owner while my fone is charging.
