Here’s a few highlights.

==Small, Medium, Large, and Uninflated==
- Large sculpture has no size limit this year.
- Building can be done in the competition room starting Tuesday at 6 am.
We want to encourage the art in this category and insure that everyone has room to create.

==Balloon Dress and Costume==
- Arrival backstage is 4:30 pm.
- At least 75% of the dress or costume must be made of latex balloons.
Entertainers are all about latex and our competitions should be as well.
==Stage==
- The performance must be family friendly.
- Performances can now be from 3 to 7 minutes.

==Timed Sculpture Competitions==
- Categories are now: 3 minute Sculpture, 10 minute Sculpture, 10 minute Hairband or Wristband, 12 minute Large Wearable.
- In addition to the coveted Top Twister award we are now adding "Top Twister Agility" award to the competitor who receives the highest number of votes for all 4 timed competitions.
