Here's every tip I have to save you from losing 27% of your muscle by age 60:

1. Stop drinking alcohol.

2. The only diet worth doing is a high-protein diet.

3. Eggs and steak are superfoods. Not "foods to avoid".

4. Working out 3-4 days/week is more effective than 6-7 days/week. Your muscles (and nervous system) need recovery.

5. Eat the frog first. If you struggle to consistently work out, do it 1st thing in the morning.

6. Skipping workouts because you're "tired" is the reason you're tired.

Is it healthy to eat eggs everyday for people above 40 years old?
Body composition changes with age, reduction in skeletal muscle mass and other body proteins such as organ tissue, blood cells and immune factors.

Eggs can play a role in meeting the vitamin and mineral requirements of older adults. 40 something years is not considered old. Iโ€™m way over 40 and a breakfast such as this (pic) fills me with satisfaction - scrambled with a bit of fruit and bread to enjoy with a glass of cold milk, yes milk!

In the past, some dietary experts did warn us about egg intake. But as nutrition research continued and our understanding of diet has improved, most healthy eating guidelines now state that eggs have little to no impact on the cholesterol levels of average, healthy people.

The Heart Foundation guidelines put no limit on how many eggs average, healthy people can eat. The guidelines state that eggs have almost no effect on blood cholesterol levels and recommend regular egg consumption as part of a diet that is rich in whole foods and low in saturated fats.

While eggs do contain high levels of dietary cholesterol, multiple studies have shown they have little to no impact on the bodyโ€™s blood cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a healthy diet.

Current evidence indicates there is no association between the number of eggs consumed and increased risk of coronary heart disease in most people. Eggs have a neutral relationship with heart health, meaning they neither increase nor decrease the risk of heart disease in the general population.

Importantly, eggs contain nutrients such as folate and long chain omega-3 fatty acids that may be associated with protection from heart disease or its risk factors.

Now that the Heart Foundation has lifted all restrictions on egg consumption for average, healthy people, youโ€™re free to eat eggs without limitation - as part of a healthy diet, of course.

However, people with an increased risk of heart disease should consume no more than seven eggs per week as part of a heart-healthy diet.

Is walking good after eating or before eating?

Walking is one of the best ways anyone can stay active and burn body fat. What I like best about walking is that you can do it, even when you're recovering from an injury, young or old - it's for anyone and everyone.

The amount of people I see walking in the mornings, at lunch and in the evening blows my mind. I think I have been writing and preaching walking as a form of low impact cardio for years now. It's not failed me once, and because of the growing trend, I assume that others feel the same way too.

Why walk after food?

Walking after you eat improves your digestion. If you have had a relatively large meal, walking will help you alleviate any stress on the stomach. It can also stimulate the stomach and intestines to move food through more rapidly. I find that a good walk after my breakfast helps to bring on elimination faster. If you find you want to bring on a trip to the bathroom, a good walk will surely help you do that!

Not only will you get these digestion and elimination benefits, but you will also prevent diseases such as IBS, heartburn, ulcers, and colorectal cancers. A walk around the block several times a day can become your exercise choice for the simple goal of longevity.

Diminish insulin spikes

My mum is a diabetic, and one thing she uses to control her blood sugar level is to take a walk after eating. Now it's not so apparent in her life due to cancer, but she still manages to get out and about when her energy levels are higher and benefits from this simple exercise in more ways than one. Exercising after eating can prevent more significant spikes in blood sugar, which may help you eliminate or reduce the amount of insulin or any other oral medications required. Why not use this as your diabetic drug elimination strategy?

What about weight loss?

Diet and exercise will always play a massive part in your weight loss progression; It most certainly helps to walk after a meal to create a caloric deficit that will aid towards your weight loss goals. I use this strategy because my goal is to put building muscle mass as my priority. Keeping this intention in mind then leads me to make the best choices for building and maintaining muscle mass. Walking not only helps me with fat loss, but it's low impact and doesn't put my body in a position where it uses muscle for fuel. That's when you start to catabolise your muscle mass and increase body fat. Your intention for walking should cater to your own goals.

When it may not work in your favour

Walking is excellent, but it can sometimes cause a few minor negative issues. I would not be too concerned about this, but use your instinct and go with the flow at the moment.

When you walk straight after eating, it can cause some nausea or even heartburn. There could be some potential for gas and bloating too. But walking can help to relieve that. Those with sensitive stomachs could have an issue with the food moving around after eating. This can make you a little bit uncomfortable, causing gas. The best option is to wait at least 10โ€“20 minutes after a meal before going for a walk. I like to wait up until 1 hour to get out for a walk. My stomach is quite sensitive, and I experience negative gastrointestinal symptoms. I would recommend you test your body and see what would work best.

As with any exercise, you are using your instinct is very important. Research suggests that walking after food is a great idea and has several benefits. If you feel a bit under the weather or experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, then perhaps skip it or walk a bit slower. Make walking your meditation, rather than become a marathon fast pace walker. Walking can be enjoyed in any form, depending on your energy levels and how much you have eaten. I like to spread my walks through the day to allow my body time to digest and eliminate any digestion mishaps. Make it a mission to find what works best for you. I always say, make those enjoyable things part of your lifestyle habits.

Scientists in Germany have found that mRNA vaccination, not COVID-19 infection itself, caused brain and heart damage in an older adult with underlying conditions.

The study, titled โ€œA Case Report: Multifocal Necrotizing Encephalitis and Myocarditis after BNT162b2 mRNA Vaccination against COVID-19,โ€ was published in October 2022 in the journal Vaccines. It examined the situation of a 76-year-old German man with Parkinsonโ€™s disease.

The patient died three weeks after receiving his third COVID-19 injection.

The first vaccine he received in May of 2021 was the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine. That was followed by two more injections in July and then December of the same year. His two subsequent vaccines were both made by Pfizer.

After the second vaccine, the patientโ€™s family noticed marked changes in his behavior. He started experiencing more anxiety, became more lethargic, and didnโ€™t want to be touched. He became withdrawn, even from close family members, and the symptoms of his preexisting Parkinsonโ€™s disease worsened considerably.

Given the ambiguous clinical symptoms prior to his death, his family requested an autopsy.

The unusual and fascinating results of the autopsy led to a published case report about whatโ€™s now being claimed as a vaccine-induced death.

This patient had no history of ever having a COVID-19 infection. This clinical history was confirmed via pathology.

โ€œWe can say definitively that this damage was caused by vaccine,โ€ said John Campbell, a nurse educator, explaining the study in detail in a 14-minute YouTube video that he shared with his 2.68 million subscribers on Feb. 16.

Natural COVID-19 Infection

The COVID-19 pandemic was caused by a virus called SARS-CoV-2, which is short for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2. Itโ€™s an RNA virus belonging to the family Coronaviridae. The name for this family of viruses is derived from the Latin word โ€œcorona,โ€ meaning crown. This is because the virus under electron microscopy appears crown-like due to small bulbar projections formed by viral spike proteins.

Like many other respiratory viruses, coronaviruses spread quickly through droplets that one person projects out of the mouth or nose when breathing, coughing, sneezing, or speaking. The droplets can then be inhaled by another person.

Once inside the recipientโ€™s respiratory system, the viral spike protein plays a key role in virus-host cell communication. A successful communication results in the virus being accepted by the recipientโ€™s cell, completing the process of natural infection.

FDA Approved COVID-19 Vaccines

Apart from the spike protein, SARS-CoV-2 also has other essential structural proteins, such as an envelope, a membrane, and nucleocapsid proteins.

As the spike protein is the most abundant and most โ€œexposedโ€ viral protein, it was the obvious choice as a viral antigen for vaccine development.

In fact, without exception, all of the FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines use the spike protein as a viral antigen. None of the authorized vaccines use any other SARS-CoV-2 proteins as viral antigens.

โ€œSo if you see spike protein on its own, that means itโ€™s vaccine; if you see spike protein and nucleocapsid protein, that means itโ€™s natural viral infection. Thatโ€™s the difference between the two,โ€ Campbell explained.

As a former vaccine developer with a Ph.D. in molecular genetics, Joe Wang has questioned the design of these vaccines. At the same time, however, this vaccine design makes it easy to distinguish pathology caused by infection by the virus versus pathology caused by the vaccine.

In order to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death in the 76-year-old Parkinsonโ€™s disease patient, researchers processed tissues in his body with formalin, cut them into sections, and stained them with hematoxylin and eosin in order to examine them.

They compared their samples with controls, both of the cultured cells from SARS-CoV-2 positive COVID-19 patients (that contained both the spike protein and the nucleocapsid), and cultured cells that contained vaccine-induced spike protein expression but no nucleocapsid protein.

The autopsy uncovered inflammation in both the brain and the heart.

The patient experienced acute brain damage that was unrelated to his Parkinsonโ€™s disease diagnosis. There were patches of degeneration and inflammation in the front of his brain and his brain further contained three kinds of pathological findings: neuronal death (dead nerve cells), microglial infiltration (defense cells in the brain), and lymphocytes, which are associated with viral infection. They found spike protein in the frontal lobe of the brain, as well as in other sections of the brain. But there was no nucleocapsid protein present.

They found myocarditisโ€“that is, swelling in the heart. It was clear from the autopsy that the myocarditis wasnโ€™t caused by natural infection but, instead, by vaccine-induced spike proteins.

This research showed very clearly that the patientโ€™s pathology was caused by the vaccines and not by natural infection.

The case report included detailed photographs of the patientโ€™s affected tissue. The images speak for themselves: Scientists or doctors who deny the connection between vaccines and abnormal tissue findings need only review the images for themselves.

โ€˜The Vaccines Caused the Brain Damageโ€™

Pathologists found that the patient had several places in his brain where there was damage, as well as generalized swelling in his heart. They also confirmed that he was suffering from Parkinsonโ€™s disease and that he had some long-standing hardening in his arteries. Finally, they found evidence of pneumonia, which may have been caused by him aspirating his own saliva or other body fluids.

โ€œIt looks like what happened here is that the vaccines caused the brain damage,โ€ Campbell says. It appears that the vaccine-induced brain damage caused the patient to have seizures.

Then, the seizures (what Campbell called โ€œfittingโ€) caused him to go unconscious, and while unconscious, he breathed in some of his own vomit or saliva, which contributed to his cause of death.

โ€œThe vaccine circulating around the body will come into contact with the blood vessels. So the lipo-nanoparticles containing the mRNA will go into the blood vessels. And itโ€™s the blood vesselsโ€™ cells themselves that will express the spike protein,โ€ Campbell explained. When the spike protein is expressed in the brain and the heart, it causes an inflammatory response and leads to the death of different parts of the brain.

Why Arenโ€™t More Autopsies Being Conducted?

This is a question Campbell asked in his videoโ€”one for which he had no answer. Why are German pathologists conducting autopsies but American and British medical scientists arenโ€™t?

Dr. Robert Lowry, a Texas-based neurologist who specializes in sports medicine, thinks not conducting autopsies is a grievous mistake. Lowry, who has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years, insisted back in July of 2022 that autopsies should be conducted on every young person who dies suddenly and unexpectedly.

In addition, based on his research and what he has seen in his clinical practice, Lowry doesnโ€™t hesitate to say that we shouldnโ€™t be giving any more mRNA injections.

โ€œWe need to stop these vaccines because they donโ€™t work,โ€ Lowry told The Epoch Times.

โ€œThey donโ€™t prevent disease, and the immediate and long-term risk of serious injury from them is greater than that of having the actual disease,โ€ he said. โ€œNatural immunity to coronaviruses is far better and longer lasting than anything these vaccines provide.โ€
