I will also appreciate those people that stood by me during the journey. Ranging from my parent, my family, friends, pastors, etc. More power to you.
If you will shine like sun, you have to burn like sun. This to tell you to buckle your shoes and pursue your goals in the year 2018. For the future you don't actively work for will suprise the most. Pursue you goals.
Until you have a need God has nothing to meet. Go to your God and let Him know your heart desires. For a man power in the public is determined by his time in secret place. Pray constantly.

Students’ unrest serious setback —FCE Oyo provost
September 28, 2017
Kehinde Adio
ONGOING admission screening process for the 2017/18 academic session at the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, will have to be set aside for awhile to allow the school management to embark on intensive renovation of facilities destroyed recently by protesting students of the institution.
Angry students of the college last week Monday destroyed facilities estimated at millions of naira while protesting the sudden death of a 100 Level student from the Department of Social Studies, Miss Suliyat Sanimu.
Addressing reporters on the incident, the provost of the college, Professor Kamorudeen Usman, described the protest as uncalled for.
Miss Sanimu was said to have died in her parents’ family hospital in Ibadan where she was receiving treatment as a sickle cell patient. But the news of her death sparked spontaneous protest on the campus as students, who believed she died in the college’s medical centre, went on the rampage, destroying school property and setting other facilities on fire.
Professor Usman said: “My understanding of the whole scenario was that the girl left the college to her parents’ home in Ibadan on Thursday, September 14, 2017 and died on Sunday, 17 September, 2017.
“The news of her death was heard on campus on Monday 18, 2017. That was when the students took to the streets to protest her death. I quickly went to them to address them to douse their anger and also sympathize with them.
“I even called the mother of the deceased to explain to them the whole story, but they turned their deaf ears. It was (through) God’s intervention that we did not lose lives to the mayhem; but college buildings and other property were terribly vandalized. As a matter of fact, the College Health Centre was destroyed completely.”
The college has since been shut down.
The provost told newsmen that the college would not be able to resume until all the facilities destroyed are replaced.
Professor Usman said the college management had constituted a panel to estimate the extent of the damage, but he surmised that the Health Centre alone would cost millions of naira to fix.
The chairman of the governing council of the institution, Alhaji Abubakbar Galadima, who came to visit the institution, also decried the students’ reaction over the issue, describing it as ungodly.
He said the college had always been known as the most peaceful federal institution among its peers. He then called on all stakeholders to maintain peace and assured the staff of improved welfare package.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Tell no lies, claim no easy victory, tell it to people the way it is- Amilcar Cabral.
It started immediately after the Eid prayers, I was cash trapped and have visitors at home, I branched at the owode Branch of GTB to withdraw some cash, unfortunately the Machine was rejecting my card, quite frustrated I used the *737 # app of GTB to transfer money to my friend Adegbile Aderemi Equal and waited for him. A customer clutching a Bible and obviously coming from Church unknown to me was a security of the bank came to the ATM withdrew and came to tell me to leave the premises I asked him to identify himself and he promised to deal with me.
He advanced towards the uniformed personnel who seems his Junior in rank. I approached the uniformed personnel to explain my predicament but the one in m***i insists he shouldn't hear any explanation but should call some people. The uniformed man made a call saying "They are fighting" trying to be civil I asked if he saw me engage in fisticuffs.
The man in m***i thumped my chest and further assaulted me while the man in uniform looks on.
I was prevailed on to leave the environment as they intend implicating me by their calls.
Oloja Olanrewaju is my name

Era of Regression
On a must serious note there are things we need to open our eyes to first In Nigeria our father Gen. Olusegun obasanjo he ruled for 8years excluding military service era please can anyone say he did not chop our money? What of Sen. Pres. Bukola saraki and our previous president upon all embezzlement they all stood gallantly and work hand in hand with their excos..........
Apply to present political atmosphere in our college the only taught in everyone mind is "had I know" upon the deadly line used to climb the political seats
Voters "Had I know" I will not vote for him
Excos "had I known I will not be under his umbrella "
Abe Lincoln previously said "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power" now tell me if that not so see behavior in speech
I don't come to sped because of results is because of politics, does he change any thing? God bless the the sweetest regime ever 14/15 all the government post were massively known e g fin sec. Social director etc. Compare to now we collect what belong to the students we don't use it for them many 100level students stand at dubar motor pack waiting for motor and they have exams, politicians have 2 mouth "I come for them" I can do it alone.......etc here I see a great regime in reverse a president was suspend two consecutive times, what a waste of energy and time no Aluta charisma simesme, mourn of orderliness more to say about this janjatic regime and after their bad model Aluta continua Victoria asantra

IN THE NEWS TODAY :
FCES Oyo Student Slits Niece’s Throat After Spending HER School FEES.

An undergraduate OF Federal College of Education in Oyo State, Olajide Ajayi, has been arrested by the Oyo State Police Command for attempting to kill his niece, who is also his school mate, by cutting her throat.
The suspect was accused of slitting the throat of Operamini Ajala, over payment of N47,000 school fee.
The victim was said to have given her Automated Teller
Machine card to the suspect to collect N47,000 and help
her pay the sum to her school account as school fee.
It was alleged that Ajayi used the money to buy clothes for himself and spend the rest on other things.
After failing to give a teller to his niece on demand, the
suspect began to avoid his niece but when he could no
longer bear the pressure on him to produce the money or the teller, he decided to kill her to mask his track.
To actualise his plan, he allegedly went to his victim’s
house with a knife and tip-toed into her room.
After overpowering her, he was said to have slit the throat but unknown to him, Ajala did not die.
The suspect said, “I collected the money, but I spent it.
When the pressure from her was too much, and there was no way I could get the money to pay her back, I decided to kill her.
One night, I went to her house with a sharp knife to
kill her. “I got to her house at about 8pm; when I entered the room, I locked the door and pinned her head down on the bed.
I did not allow her to shout. Then, I brought out the knife and slit her throat. When blood started gushing out and she was unconscious, I thought she was dead and I escaped.”
The state Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Katsina,
said the lady survived the attack miraculously, adding that she had been taken to the University College of Hospital, Ibadan, for treatment.
The police commissioner stated, “The lady managed to
pick her mobile telephone a few minutes after the attack
and called one of her neighbours, who informed the police. “The suspect will be charged to court soon.”
