TELETEXT TUNISIA has worked with Tunisian Rapper A.L.A on a new collection for the launch of his upcoming album BALANCE. The collection consists of 2 T-Shirts, 1 Friends & Family T-Shirt, a hoodie and a Sweatshirt.

To continue with the tradition, this t shirt will have a similar design to Traplife, a T-shirt that is now a classic among the rappers huge fanbase.
Every Album will get its Hommage. Every T shirt will commemorate a chapter in the artist’s carrer.

The tracklist was blurred and will be revealed at the album launch.

The blind tee /// Time to hail the Braille

We’re seeing everything around us with open blind eyes.
Judging everyone with closed souls.

As a teenager, my passion for beauty was so all-encompassing that I always wondered, for them who are missing all what we see, how they see us? How they appreciate us?
Growing up, my perception of beauty evolved and changed. This led me to find answers to an old questions: It’s all a matter of perspective and feeling. Beauty might (is) be poisonous and hence it biaises our judgement.

Attractiveness judgment based on visual appearance seems easy and almost automatic. There are many subconscious biases that influence people’s decision making, including gender bias, in-group bias, and confirmation bias. Beauty bias, or “lookism,” is less well known.

Except some rare football teams jerseys in the past, fashion never paid tribute to the people who use their senses the most.

The Blind tee features the classic Teletext Logo in the front accompanied by a text that reads “ I feel you ”, both embossed in Braille Language. On the back, it features the Braille Alphabet and numbers which you might use for educational purposes.

For the humans who won’t judge us by their sight, but by their heart and feelings, this our tribute.

At Teletext, commitment is part of the aesthetic.
It’s not what you call activism or being meaningful in what you do in terms of fashion. A product can no longer be only and purely craftsmanship plus creativity and/or heritage: we need to add infos and guidance to it.
