Christmas message from Edoardo Berti Riboli, GHST World Inc. Chief Executive ↙️

🖋"As I write this message, sadly, the Omicron variant of the Coronavirus is creating difficulties across the world. It would be very easy to depart 2021 reflecting on these latest concerns.

This year has again been tough, marked by unforeseen changes in home and work life, not to mention, several Countries across the world were under lockdown due to the Covid pandemic for an extended period.

Of course – it’s important for us all to remain vigilant over the festive period and into the new year – however, I would like to take this opportunity to look back on the positive events over the past 12 months for GHST World Inc.

Firstly, I have to pay tribute to our team at GHST and their unwavering commitment to supporting our business and ongoing projects.

This commitment has been shown during the past years and continues for the benefit of GHST investors.

I’m proud to announce that our Company has now been back to SEC reporting. This represents a relevant milestone and a starting point to achieve new goals.

Meanwhile, We are implementing our technologies and projects with strong investment in R&D.

We strongly believe that technology will support our lifestyle and we are willing to provide our efforts and contribution.

The Smart Sport Device project is in progress and the testing phase reports several results that are aligned with our expectations. We’ll keep you posted with further updates on the first quarter of 2022.

The gathering of information through SSDs will exponentially grow by dissemination of them and will take place on a global scale until a real Big Data is created. That’s our vision.

Our Big Data system for sports will initially focus on the world of soccer but it will be shortly driven to other multi-discipline sports.

Finally, I’m delighted to announce that We are arranging a public offer of shares in line with our business strategy plan.
