2. Eat My Veggies & Drink More Water. I Used To Get Sick Every Time The Season Would Change, But Now My Immune System Is The Real MVP 🙌🏾
3. Prioritize Strength Training Over Steady State Cardio. I Used To Run 3-5 miles 3x A Week. My B***y Was Running Away From Me😂. Strength Training Helps Build & I Will Not Look Manly, But Instead Will Be More Curvy 💛
4. Keep My Workouts Simple & Focus On Progressive Overload Week Over Week. Them Donkey Kicks & Fire Hydrants Is Not Your Savior 😂. I Know It’s Cool Some Of The Things We (Myself) Post On This Platform…. But The Truth Is…Everything Isn’t For Everyone. I Mentally Thought I Couldn’t Afford A Trainer When I Was Working My Corporate Job A Year, But Was Affording One When I Quit My Job & Was Only Making 25K My First Year 😳. Let The Record State, I Pay More For Personal Training Than Any Of My Clients, Because I Understand Investing In Self + Extra Education Bonus To Help Me On The Business Side Of Things. I’m Not Telling You What To Do With Your Money, But If You Seriously Need Help Getting Started & Struggling To Figure It Out….It’s Time To Find A Way And Invest…
