Hello all you wonderful people!

I can't believe that it has been over three years since I started my little mobile business! Thank you all so much for trusting me with your bodies and homes! I am forever grateful that I started my massage therapy journey 10 years ago. Can you believe I have been practicing for 8 years?! I can't!

I have been learning so much about running a business in the last three years, and it has not been without its trials and tribulations! You have all weathered the storm with me, so thank you!

I adore running my mobile practice, and I have tried very hard to keep my prices as low as financially makes sense as I believe deeply in accessible healthcare. However due to overall costs continuing to increase including but certainly not limited to; registration fees, laundry services, gas and car maintenance, as well as traffic conditions and travel times, I need to make the difficult decision of increasing my prices again.

I work remarkably hard and try to give my absolute all to each and every treatment I provide. I am also committed to developing my hands-on skills, building my business, and creating more accessibility. In addition, I want to continue offering extremely flexible and irregular hours so that people can find the time for self-care and rehabilitation.

As always, if the price increase makes my treatments inaccessible to you, please reach out to me personally, and we can try to figure something out! There are also still two months to take advantage of my current rates, so why not book something now :)

Happy papa's day!!!!

Hello everyone! I have joined the modern age and finally gotten online software! We are nearly three years into my little mobile massage enterprise and I absolutely adore it! Thank you for what has been an incredible journey so far and for welcoming me into your beautiful homes ♡ I truly feel like the luckiest lass! Many things will look the same as I will still be managing all of the bookings. However, documentation will now be online, and emails will be automated through the ClinicSense app. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey Folks! Quick update! Masks are still mandatory for massage therapy. As per our regulatory body the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario's guidelines masks will still be enforced for massage therapy treatments until further notice. I will still be wearing a mask for all of my mobile appointments and it is required that you do the same even in your place of residence. Thank you for understanding ♡

Oh hello! Sometimes I don't wear yoga pants a a t-shirt.

I had a moment yesterday of just sheer gratefulness. During such unprecedented times I am so thankful for everything that I have and this little safe haven that I worked so hard for ♡

Ruffles update. Still cute. Home sick with the first cold I have had in over two years and I'm being a big ol' baby about it. Thankfully he is the best company ever ♡

Shoveling woes? I only have a few appointment times available for February! If you are in pain I highly recommend booking now! Let's get you back to enjoying movement again :)

So hard to say goodbye Panama. We have arrived at the final full day. Soaking up every last second ♡ One day I will pull the trigger on the heliconia tattoo.

A fun day of small island hopping yesterday followed by a fuzzy head coconut cracking session this morning. Second last day at our family home here and I don't want to fall asleep tonight! But alas all good things must come to an end.

Thank you 2021. You were a tough son of a bitch but you pushed me harder than I have ever been pushed. Thank you to all my amazing friends, family and patients who were there through it all ♡ Here's too 2022, I'm ready for you.

Merry Christmas!! It's good to all be together for the first time in our family home Casamigos ♡ It was a difficult decision coming down here with the state of the world but sequestering ourselves away in our small remote community seemed to be minimal impact. It is a beautiful way to wrap up a very challenging, trying, dark, transitional and life affirming year. We are very fortunate to be here, to be alive and to have so much love in our lives. Sending heaps and heaps of love to all of my amazing friends, family and patients. Here's to a better 2022 ♡

It's my mama's birthday and Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a complicated holiday to say the least. It is a day of cultural appropriation and is in fact moreso a day of mourning for many for land, lives and identities that were so wrongfully taken.

The holiday certainly has meant something very different in my family. Throughout my life it has been a day to be thankful for everything that we have and a time to celebrate my mom whom I cherish.

I hope this holiday can be re-purposed and some of the damage done can be undone by making today a day about mending the devastating wounds that our indigenous populations have suffered. I encourage you all to donate today to indigenous-led organizations like IRSSS.CA.

I am thankful for the wonderful group of oddballs that I was born into, the amazing friends I have stumbled, crashed into and held onto in this short life of mine, my incredible patients who make me feel valued and appreciated everyday, my adorable companion Rufus who has been helping me mend my heart and bringing me laughter and love everyday and last but certainly not least I am thankful for this amazing planet we all call home, we must look after her as she looks after us.
