Yesterday’s MetBurn Class
6 x 5min AMRAP’s
(1 minute rest between)

1/ 10 Pushups
20 Squat jumps

2/ 10 Bodyweight Rows
20 Slam Ball slams

3/ 10 Single arm Kettlebell Thrusters (5 each arm)
20 Kettlebell swings

4/ 10 Dumbbell Lunge with Bicep Curl (all up)
10 Burpees

5/ 10 Barbell Clean & Press
20 Skaters

6/ 10 Sit-up + Russian Twist
40 Mountain Climbers

This is a full body High Intensity workout.
Make sure to maintain good form and control throughout each movement.
When form starts to fail, make these modifications to reduce the risk of injury:
-Reduce the weight being used
-Slow the movement down
-Remove plyometrics (jumping, explosive movement)
-Choose an alternate exercise
-Take extra rest time

Did an awesome HIIT workout this morning using just a single dumbbell.
Add in some skipping or any other cardio move in between these strength exercises for a great full body workout.

50 seconds work / 10 seconds rest
1-2 rounds (16min / 32min)

1. Single arm squat cleans
2. Burpee DB sn**ch
3. Reverse lunge with single arm Arny press (right)
4. Reverse lunge with single arm Arny press (left)
5. 2x Bridges, 2x DB pullover
6. DB chest press with leg raise.
7. 2x sumo squats, 2x bicep curls
8. Alternate lunge with single arm row

Morning classes will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s (7.30am / 8.30am (60+) / 9.30am).

Afternoon Boxing classes will continue on at this stage on Wednesday’s at 4.30pm.

Wednesday afternoon classes will start on the 15th of May - 4.30pm.

This will take you to the booking platform Gymcatch where you can find and follow my business. Here you can buy class passes and book sessions, you will also find a pre-exercise health questionnaire to be filled out and handed to me prior to your first class.

*Bookings are essential as this class will have a 12 participant limit.

I’m looking at adding an afternoon fitness session at MB FutureFit on Wednesdays at 4.30pm. I will Probably do a 6 week block to start with to see how it goes. Just wondering how many would be interested in this?

The class I will run will be my boxing based class.
It will be a full body strength and conditioning class. Each class will incorporate the use of punching bags, strength exercises, cardio exercises and occasional pad work. (Youths aged 16-17 may attend these classes with signed parent consent)

(This is boxing for fitness only. It is NOT training to become world champions😄)

Introducing MB FutureFit

A fresh, spacious, and exciting new place to enjoy group fitness classes.

What a monumental effort it has been to get my new Group Fitness Business up and running, but we have finally done it.
A massive, big thank you to my beautiful family who helped make this happen. Especially to my very talented handyman husband Jeff Brown who has backed me 100% and supported me all the way emotionally, physically, and financially❤

For the past 4 ½ months together, we have cleaned an Industrial shed worth of cobwebs away, patched walls, washed walls, painted walls, scrubbed floors, reinforced shed walls, and bought some kickass new gym equipment to transform a farm supply shop into a Fitness Centre.
I have learnt that opening your own small business is no small feat, and it has been a massive learning journey. But I am positive that it will have been well worth it.
I am super excited for the fun times ahead.

At this stage I am offering morning sessions only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Casual passes, and Class Pass bundle packages are available to purchase for my group fitness sessions.

-Casual Pass is for 1 session and valid for 7 days from purchase.
-6 Class Pass Bundle will allow for 6 sessions and is valid for 12 months from purchase.
-12 Class Pass Bundle will allow for 12 sessions and is valid for 12 months from purchase.
