Holy Cats! We won the Design Award at the CO State Championship and are on our way to VEX Worlds in Dallas, TX!
The state tournament was filled with lots of ups (our new autonomous was able to make the purple dispenser work for the 1st time in competition) and downs (such as a DQ in the last qualifying round) and we are so excited and surprised to win this award.
We spend a lot of time focusing on our notebook showing our design process and we’re glad that the judges saw our work.

The Awkward Cats at our first tournament of the season.
The engineering design process uses testing to help us make changes to our ideas such as the puck shooter in this video. This thing is awesome! But since we need the pucks to stay on the field to score we have some changes to make.
