2 hours at the museum.

You'll look at thousands of pieces across several exhibits.

All without looking at a screen.

Give yourself a little break from modernity and go to a museum or art gallery.

If you workout an hour and scroll 5 what's the point.

Exit IG and go.

Don't overcomplicate Fat Loss.

30 minutes to 60 minute of light intensity steady state cardio.

1-2 resistance exercises for 3-4 sets of 8-12.

Do this 2-3 times a week for a year and you'll lose weight without losing your mind.
