Stew-Stras PTSA
Stewardson-Strasburg PTSA
We look forward to seeing everyone tonight at Open House from 4:30-6:00pm!
Any responsible adults wanting to come starting at 4:30 pm today we will be meeting at the school in the front parking lot to cut and hang ribbons and placing signs. We will be assigning jobs for the volunteers that come so that together we will get these tasks completed safely and efficiently. If you have extra scissors or staple guns bring them with you. If anyone was able to find ribbon from our previous request please bring it by 6:30 pm, if you missed it we are looking for 2.5” or larger wired green ribbon. Remember it is very warm outside where we will be so please make sure you are staying hydrated or taking breaks as needed.
The school will be open between 5:30 and 6:30 pm for any students, teammates, etc. wanting to make a sign to decorate the hallways in honor of these girls.
If you can’t make it this evening that’s ok! Feel free to decorate your yard, trees, posts/poles, etc. with green ribbon in honor of Edie, Karly and Sienna.
The Stew-Stras School has asked us, Stew-Stras PTSA, for assistance in coordinating items needed for the families during the services being held at the school. For those who have reached out asking how they can assist in any way we currently have a sign up genius of the needed items. Please see the link below of the items being requested. (There is two pages of the sign up genius.) Please have items to the school by 6:30 pm on Monday, July 15, 2024.
Also, anyone wanting to help contribute beyond what is on the sign up genius please reach out to Wendy Deters as there are other items that was not included in the sign up genius.
We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who has contributed in any way so far and appreciate the support of these items in advance. God bless these families during this difficult time.
We are so thankful for the outpouring of support from our communities. At this time we are looking for the following donations which can be dropped off at the Stew-Stras School by tomorrow, Monday July 15th at 4:30pm.
