💙I always start the morning with a cup of ♨️💦hot water and lemon. 🍋It can aid in:
Hydration - flushing out toxins - improve metabolic rate - better digestion & absorption of nutrients.
🧡 Mix 1 tbsp kefir (milk or yogurt) with 1/2 tsp turmeric & 1/2 tsp honey.
💛Apply to face & leave on for 20 min.
💙 Rinse off with cold water. As my skin tend to be dry at the moment I only rinse it off. It feels very hydrated and super soft afterwards! ♥️
