Why and how do I workout so early before I head to school? Because when I come home, I am done. Took an hour nap when I came home today……exhausted doesn’t properly cover it.
First day of school exhaustion is REAL!
So is the sweat & calorie burn 🤣🔥
I am tired.
I am sore.
But I am HERE for the Sure Thing Super Block!!
This past weekend was one of all sorts of emotions, and throw in some muscle soreness. Sheewwwwwww. This momma needed some yoga recovery!
Our hotel room had a perfect place for me to get my workout in while everyone else slept peacefully ❤️
Today is the start of the most difficult weekend take 2. We take our girl to college. 💛💙
But before the emotional roller coaster begins, gotta finish my current program. It’s done!
It was hard mentally & physically.
It was refreshing to never pick up a weight.
It was glorious to not have to jump!
Now, let’s get this weekend of happy heartbreak & tears started.
Today I was all smiley & chipper at 445 am.
Today I was all exhausted & DONE at 645 pm.
The main reason I create the habit of getting my workout done before work, because I would not be able to get it done after putting a classroom together!

I may have been saying not nice words during the workout with during our W5D5 compound. My body might be hurting for a variety of reasons. But one thing that does make me smile is how STRONG I feel today!
It really can be challenging to get started or to stay on track, but when results show for themselves in pictures you can’t help but to be motivated to KEEP GOING!

It’s Wednesday.
We wear pink, but are nice. We workout. We sweat. We die a little inside thanks to ! But I’m stronger from the struggle 😊
Week 5 was humbling to say the least. You would think slow, intentional moves wouldn’t be too bad…….think again!
I have lost several inches with this program & loving the strength I feel and see. Even if it comes with lots of soreness!

Seriously has become one of my most favorite spots in my house. It has taken a long time to achieve it. There is still stuff I want to do to make it complete, but I’m so blessed to have this space.

Today’s workout was challenging in all the right ways! And I am totally loving my new space!!
Switched from LAVA to some targeted weight training today. Arms & shoulders are feeling good!
Love being able to not just feel the growth but see it! This is huge considering I was the gal who always covered her arms & NEVER wore a sleeveless shirt!
Last night it was my sweet treat, today my superfoods is my lunch before heading to the pool! Love the versatility of our products! So much healthier than what other summer lunch options could be, too.

It was a struggle today! I was sweating before I even pushed play (yay being 45!). My balance was off & my legs were screaming.
But I showed up! And I’ll be back tomorrow, too 😊😊😊

Tried out the sample for the super block coming out later this summer. SOOOOO GOOD! Perfect timing too since I’ll be done with my current program when it comes out!
Bonus: love, love, love the trainer who leads this one. And she is super nice in person! So down to earth and REAL!
Y’all I cannot wait to make a grilled cheese with my new bread from Storydough Cottage! Hubby already gave the 2 thumbs up on the PB brownie!

Every single day I wake up with the intention of staying committed & doing my best! Some days are easier than others TBH. 🤪
Wrapping up prep week for our newest program & I am thinking it is going to be the PERFECT challenge for me.
Working on some new meal idea for next week to fuel my body properly to get the best results. Looking forward to seeing just how much change can be made when I am laser focused & determined!

When you reach that stage where you are living for YOU, nothing else matters.
I’ve always been so incredibly worried about what others think. It’s human nature for many of us, but it can also hold us back. I’m trying to NOT do that as much…it’s a work in progress!
Finding the right path on this health esteem journey gives me the motivation, confidence & strength.
Setting an example for my daughters is what I strive for in all that I do. Hoping I am doing ok 😊
Whether as my breakfast in a fancy glass or the post pool snack in the blender cup itself; the nutrition I get from my daily shake is still the same.
And as always, it is so good since I can make it anyway I want it!
There is only ONE you! You have to take care of yourself, and that often means you have to invest a little bit.
Our body needs movement. Purposeful movement. Strength training for women is so important {check out all the studies by doing a quick search} and I’m all for it!
Eating gut healthy foods, less processed junk and more REAL food is what we need to be focused on.
All of this does take time, money, and focus to get it done. I’m here to offer whatever I can to help you with that!

In a variety of public places yesterday I saw women that were a great deal older than me, some not much older and it got me thinking. My daily health esteem routine is keeping me in my healthiest era ever.
These sweet women could hardly get up out of a seat, walk comfortably or without assistance. It made me sad to think how limited they probably are and wondered how that made them feel. I imagine they are blessed, happy to be alive and with family, but sad they are limited.
Movement is certainly medicine. I’ll do all that I can NOW to build strong bones & muscles so that when I am older, I can be as mobile as possible.
So thankful for the BODi platform and how it provides an opportunity for me to get movement of some sort in every single day. ❤️
