With 5 locations, Elk Grove, Santa Cruz, Los Gatos, and San Francisco, their team is a scale-fee-for-service private practice. They open to anyone suffering from AOD issues, spiritual discernment and direction needs, criminal justice issues

Founded by Dr. Anthony Scuderi in Philadelphia, he brought his knowledge and partnered with Ames Sabellano to create Mind, Soul, & Body in Northern California. With 5 locations, Elk Grove, Santa Cruz, Los Gatos, Sacramento, and San Francisco, their team is a scale-fee-for-service private practice.
They open to anyone suffering from AOD issues, spiritual discernment and direction needs, criminal justice issues including gang lifestyle changes, co-occurring disorders (Mental Illness-Substance Abuse), and Couples and Family Addictions Counseling, Denial Management, Anger Work, Holistic Alternative, Treatment Resistant Depression due to Substance Related Issues. Groups and Individual Counseling are offered, Workshops in Spirituality, Addictions & Recovery, Mental Health, and Forensics are offered to groups of 10 or more.
We are available 7 days a week and hours depend on availability. Please contact us or book here online.
