It's time for our fourth Judge's Top Tip! 🤩🎨

Tom Mead, the wonderfully talented winner of last year's LGC X Theo Paphitis Art Prize, has imparted some creative wisdom to help you get over those blank page anxieties:

"When I have an idea for a piece I'm excited about, I make sure to sketch a handful of other compositions. It always feels needless at the time, but usually I discover the painting has much more potential by pushing beyond my initial idea."

We're in the last few days of accepting submissions for this year's Art Prize, so if you haven't submitted your entry yet, here's your sign!
