My fellow yoga teacher Charlotte & I are hosting our first day retreat at a beautiful location in Nutley, East Sussex.

We'll be looking at simple but effective ways to balance your hormones - with emphasis on stress hormones, which in turn affect other hormones in the body.

2 Yoga classes (suitable for all levels) hands on assist with essential oils, smoothie workshop, yoga nidra, guided meditation, lunch & snacks & a walk down to the waterfall. All for £95.
