Welcome to 2020, this year I will attempt to see everyone and everything as they are. Doing this will help me be less disappointed, and more grateful. I am going to focus on self care and try to give myself credit and be kind to me. These pictures are all from a New years Eve midnight bowling. Here I will put it in writing, I am so proud of me!! My struggle right now is temporary and I will get thru to the other side to continue my journey!!! I have not made it where I am by myself, I owe thanks to my family and the squad at my Amherst Thursday morning meeting. We come we weigh and slay the day!!
Welcome to 2020!! I am so excited to watch each and everyone of your successes this year!! I am not making any new years resolutions, I am not listening to any empty promises from myself. This year is about self care and kindness. Healing my mind and teaching myself to be kind, to me. I'm interested in how everyone is taking this new decade?! This late breakfast was inspired by an Instagram WW friend. it was 4 points and so tasty!!!

Instagram does transformation Tuesday!! This is mine!!
Ok! I don't know if any one like roasted tomatoes! I do. Well I just discovered air fried grape tomatoes!! Sprayed with some olive oil and balsamic. Air fried for 5 mins or 10 mins on 400. Sprinkle with alittle parmesan cheese!!! So good. I am just eating them, but with pasta, chicken, on a salad, with eggs. The options are limitless!!
Chicken and steak enchiladas!! And rice and beans on the side!! 1 plate one chicken one steak 3/4 cup of rice =10 points ish

4 point dessert! Was a great thought but waffles were stale, toppings were awesome!! Calling it a win for 1 point. 😁👍
This was dinner tonight! Homemade 100% chicken breast sausage, with broccoli rabe, garlic, and Chic peas over no yolk Noddles. The points are Noddles 1 1/2 cups 5 points 3 points for olive oil and alittle butter. This was really good and I never made or had broccoli rabe before.

I made grilled veggies, had a bunch left. So I cut them up and made a pie out of them. Recipe in comments!! It was a great side dish and awesome left overs
