In 2015, two precocious cousins made their broadcasting debut on WXPI community radio. Malachi, aged 9, shared his love and knowledge of trucks while 5-year-old Amber recounted meetings with political candidates. Their early success proves: luck is simply preparation meeting opportunity at the right time.
Fast forward to today, Malachi, now a high school senior, and Amber, having skipped the 6th grade, have blossomed into articulate and talented youth. Let's continue to support the young people in our communities, nurture their skills and provide them with the opportunities to reach their full potential.
