Toward Takayna – Nigel Westlake
We can’t wait to perform with the wonderful Canberra Symphony Orchestra tomorrow and Thursday night! We’ll be playing a stunning piece composed for us by our dear friend Nigel Westlake. Titled ‘Toward Takayna,’ it was inspired by the rugged wilderness of the Tarkine region in Western Tasmania. Here’s a snippet of us rehearsing a particularly challenging passage. Cruising – Al Slavik
We had a great few days in the studio finishing off our album 'Amistad.' We're so looking forward to sharing this new music with you in the new year. Here's a clip of us in the studio recording a piece by a very dear friend of ours, Mr. Al Slavik. We also have to thank the incredible team sitting behind the control desk: sound engineer Hadyn Buxton and producer Shaun Rigney. We've recorded so many albums over the years with these two incredible humans – it always feels like a family reunion. Also, a big thank you to our manager (caterer and barista), Reuben Zylberszpic at RAZ Music for always looking after us so wonderfully. Finally, a big thanks to Rowan at Head Gap Recording Studio – we can’t wait to be back for the next record!

We had a great time last week performing in Wonthaggi for the wonderful audience at Prom Recitals. It marked our final concert for 2023, and we’d like to thank everyone who has attended our shows throughout the year. We are looking forward to sharing new music with you in 2024! We've had a bit of a crazy travel day from Cairns to Darwin via Gove but we're happy have made it in the nick of time and ready ro play at the Darwin Entertainment Centre tonight. Peninsula Hot Springs
This time last week we played at an incredible new venue at the Peninsula Hot Springs. Here’s a snippet of us playing our ‘Sailboat Suite’ from the soundtrack we wrote for the movie A Boy Called Sailboat. Such a beautiful setting for a concert!
