UWCA’s two winter engagements wrapped up last week with their final strategy presentations!

The lululemon team (Manisha Srivatsan, Tara Manhas, Edison Wong, and Raj Lakhani) recommended key actions to implement DEI practices in Lululemon’s social media, ERGs, and external facing reports. The team conducted internal interviews and extensive research on DEI norms in the industry, focusing on competitors.

The PDM Automotive team (Allie Lee, Camden Kaminsky, Marius Rakickas, and Preyal Garg) determined the market size of the aftermarket automotive industry with player segmentation to account for the unique ecosystem PDM operates in. The team also sourced key leads and provided marketing tactics to immediately capture the leads.

Thank you to Lululemon and PDM Automotive for providing this special opportunity to UWCA students! Congratulations to both teams for a job well done!
