Have you ever worked with Rhodonite? 🩷❤️🤎 Rhodonite is a naturally occurring crystal found in manganese ores across the world. It is commonly found in a pinkish-red color with veins of brown from surface oxidization. It has a hardness of 5.5 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale. Rhodonite is known to be a compassionate gemstone and reminds one of love. The shifting red, pink, and brown colors gives a popping natural look to any ring.

Do you use plated blanks? If you said yes then you NEED Heat Tape! Heat tape can withstand the high temperatures created during sanding and provides an extra layer of protection on the delicate plating.

It is also handy for covering part of a ring, like one channel of our double-channel ring blanks when doing different inlays in the channels.
