Ooh … I’ve been busy for a number of months now creating my own App for our Virtual Wellness Hub. It’s been quite an intense process so I’m sure I can be forgiven for slipping behind with my FB business page and the jury is still out as to whether I think it’s worthwhile but it’s work in progress and I’m going to give it my all this month. I’ll be sharing content with you during October. Perhaps you can help me decide. 😉
Oh My Goodness! On Friday I attended my second mastermind day (for Course Creators) in beautiful Hertfordshire. It was so good to be in a room with a small focus group of such incredible ladies and to talk through the steps we'll be taking, to take our digital businesses to the next level.
Unbelievably, the sun seemed to shine on us for most of the day (even though the rest of the country was submerged)! We really did feel like the lucky ones. ☀️

Wow!! Turned out to be a great day showcasing our individual businesses and joint venture .mindcomplete at the Market Place Event for Mental Health Awareness Week.
This year’s theme is loneliness.
So much interest in our Virtual Wellness Hub and the courses we’re delivering.

Dr Linda of MindComplete will be running small workshops, introducing mindfulness practice to bring some calm to our days.
We may not be able to control everything in life but we can certainly change our relationship with it.

It’s a wrap! I’m delivering the last of my course module units this morning.
I can’t tell you how excited I am to be back in my ‘teacher seat’ but this time, I’m running it from my home in Spain and yes …
I do get pre-delivery nerves that go with the ‘what-ifs’
What if the WiFi fails 🤷♀️
What if I forget to charge my laptop 🤦♀️
What if I run out of things to say 😳
We all have our wobbly moments don’t we?

Happy Valentine’s Day 🌹The secret to love is to learn to love yourself as number one, not in a vain way but to love and respect yourself so that you may flourish in all areas of your life; work, play, business interests and life in general and then you have the capacity to love, nurture and help others to thrive and do the same.
I’m still work in progress but I make time for myself; for self-care, meditation, being at the core of my family and helping others where I can, even if it is simply by leaving them feeling better for having met or heard from me that day.
And when I’m happy, I’m more caring and more creative and my love for life just grows.

My amazing associate Dr Linda is finally able to promote her Mindfulness Meditation practice once again in a physical space as opposed to virtual. Together we have incorporated her practice into my new mini-course. Link available in Bio. As business owners and professionals, it can be hard to find the right way to share your expertise whilst keeping all the plates spinning in the air at once; day job, other business interests, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Fast forward two years from when Dr Linda and I first started our Wellness Hub with the intention of providing an alternative route to wellness, please welcome our new online mini-course initiative: ‘Think Backwards’!
Our vision was to run satellite wellness hubs in the community, to help you reach your full wellness potential, but Covid stopped us in our tracks. Not to be deterred, we are now ready to launch!
‘Think Backwards’ is a digital amalgamation of my Teaching and Coaching skills and Dr Linda’s Mindfulness and Meditation expertise; a combination which we think you’ll LOVE!!
