There’s always something going on in Whitby.

We have been doing more upgrades at the cottage and this time it’s our broadband internet.
I’ve just tested it and it’s almost 10 times quicker and the WiFi is so much better too , so you can stream your movies with ease.

Whitby Rocks and now you can do the same on the main bedroom balcony at Grove Cottage .
We’ve upgraded the seats .😀

Whitby is busy all year round.
It's a real mix of cultures with Goths , Folk , Soul , Motown , Rock and Roll ,Craft Fairs and the like. It's like a mini festival . But if you fancy something a little less busy you surrounded by the dramatic and beautiful countryside and stunning coastline.
It's a great place to walk and cycle and watch nature.

We have been extremely busy at Grove Cottage this winter and we are now ready for the spring. We strive to make our cottage as welcoming as we can and we hope you like the improvements.

We've fitted new wardrobe doors in the bedrooms.

We've fitted new flooring in the living room and main bathroom,
We have decorated the living room and updated the soft furnishings and added a large rug and thermally lined curtains to make it a bit more cosy.

We've decorated both bathrooms and updated all the taps in the bathrooms and kitchen.
We've redecorated the hall , stairs and landing.

There is also a brand new cooker and we've added a sound bar to the TV when you stream the next big blockbuster.

Many of the pictures in the cottage reflect my love of photography and I hope you like them.

At Grove Cottage we take great pride in what we offer and that includes our choice of agent to market our property and interact with our customers.
We are very pleased with Sykes Cottages and today we received a lovely little hamper from them as a gesture of their faith in us and our customer ratings.

We’ve been doing some decorating this month and I’ve also shared my passion for photography with some new pictures in the cottage.
The weather has been amazing.

Pleased to say that we survived the Storm

Grove Cottage Whitby updated their phone number.

Well it’s been a hell of a time and we all need a break.
We’ve been at the cottage and we have deep cleaned everything .
All our safety certificates are up to date and we are now ready to welcome customers again.
The cottage is almost full , but there are still a few dates available.
