I am so excited for a change of pace, and to try out a new vending adventure. I’ve been missing the Ozarks something fierce, and am pumped for some bluegrass and to share my new creations with y’all!

It’s almost Truckerfest Music Festival weekend!!!🤩 I am so excited to vend for my 2nd year. Great people, stellar music, and an all around good time. Thank you to the folks at Happy Productions Studios for hosting. You guys are the best! Come on out for fun weekend!!!😎⭐️✨

Did you know it's Truckerfest week? Yahoo! As you can imagine, The Happy Trucker Show Shawn, Emma, and Jarah are running around like wild animals setting up, fine-tuning, and putting all the finishing touches on the upcoming weekend festivities. The Afternoon Delight theme this week is, you might have guessed, Truckerfest Music Festival! Over the next 3 days we are going to spend our lovely afternoons playing songs from this year's line-up. Tuesday we'll spotlight the first 5 bands in the line-up, MoeDeLL, Dellwood Band, Joe Stamm Band, Maygen & The Birdwatcher, and White Iron Band. Wanna hear a certain song or share a memory or tell us how excited you are? Comment below and tune in Tuesday 11am-2pm for the pre-party party!

Work did me a kindness by getting me a hotel for the night as I work on my Caribou Manager certification in Big Lake. I got a bit giddy plugging my itinerary into as traveling reminded me of vending. Upon arrival, I saw that Cambo Flare was across the street. The owners started with a food truck, and was at many of the festivals at which I have vended over the years, so I got my for dinner. The hotel I was staying at was only a few miles away from my childhood home, in and on the . The current owners obliged my request to setup my hammock in the back yard, and it turned into a powerful moment. Although I didn’t have a to travel back in time, the universe was giving me a chance to go back to the part of my brain that was the mad, sad and scared little girl that too often cried, decades ago, while sitting on the riverbank under those same trees. I got to tell her and and the opportunity to make that little girl feel safe means the world to me.

I recently realized that of the life I have always wanted, and everyday I consciously work on that life for myself and my daughter. Some days are easier than others, but the tough days aren’t so tough when I’m patient with myself and remember to grant myself . Unresolved and got the best of me most of my adult life. I guess it’s time to start 💖 I still struggle everyday with my flaws and feelings of shame, inadequacy, and unworthiness, but I do my best to check those intrusive thoughts at the door when whey come.

Breakfast is better when you’re 😊 we’re ready for a day of hiking, swimming, fishing, and hammock nap snuggles.
