Another sunroom remodel in the works

A little sunroom renovation. New recessed led lighting and old removed and patched. All new baseboard along with patching and fixing all drywall, caulked all windows and painting. We also cleaned the grout on the existing floor. Another happy customer in the books.

This front yard got a cleanup of gumballs and leaves, prepped, then new sod laid down and beds redone with new iowa rainbow rock and w**d barrier. Call now for a free estimate for your landscaping projects.

Deck upgraded to composite and black aluminum railing system. Sunroom was redone by us as well in previous post. Call or message us for free estimate.

Before and afters of a sunroom renovation. After further digging it was found to have a faulty rotted outside walls from water damage and improperly sealed windows. So we rebuilt it. New windows , floor , wall framing and exterior sheathing along with sealing. Painted and New fan, lighting and outlets.
Next is their deck being changed to composite with black railings. Further progress to come.

A couple more updates. Don't mind the stove. It worked fine so they chose to keep it. Turned out nice and will get a few more photos today.

Backsplash got put in today at one jobs kitchen. Will get grouted tomorrow and finishing touches put on the next few days. A couple befores of the kitchen in the pictures. And another bathroom on another job got grouted in today ready for its finishing touches over the next few days. Nice tile shower and floor and the tub is getting reglazed as soon as we are done with that bathroom onto the kitchen at the same house.
