Switzerland is famous for it's cheese, chocolate, rich dairy, the beautiful swiss mountains and banks. It's cuisine combines traditional ingredients mixed with influences from France, Germany & Northern Italy. ks. From a very young age, she inherited the love for "swisslicious" food from her mother, by spending every free moment in the kitchen cooking alongside family. She was born in Switzerland, to a Swiss mother and an Italian father and spent all of her childhood summers in Italy, lived in Spain and had explored all continents before her 20th birthday. In 2005, she and her family decided to move to Florida, where she currently lives. She acquired all the tools of a chef, but never pursued it as a professional career. Cooking has always been her passion and the love to explore different cultures and the wonders of the culinary art, give her dishes an extravagant spin.
