$6,000-$10,000 Towards Closing Costs from New Home Builders in the Metroplex

This means you literally pay up to $10,000 less to get into a home…and this is real cash.

Right now the homebuilders have built too many homes, interest rates have gone up and they are struggling to sell them… so they want to close out their financial year as best as they possibly can.

If you are motivated to buy a home then the best deals are going to be available up until December, yes you could wait until the last minute and in some places I would advise you to do so, but I am just giving you the big picture so you can make your own decisions.

I’ll give you one real example, I had a couple that looked at a home 6 months ago and just last week that home was $70,000 cheaper.

They close next week.

Could have they waited to get the same home maybe $80,000-$90,000 cheaper, yes they could…but…they fell in love with the home.

And so did other people, and this deal literally came down to who could get the deposit check in the quickest.

So, you can wait and take your chance which is a good strategy if you are not too particular about the type of home you want to live in, but when you find that dream home for you, it’s a good idea to move quickly… but that’s your choice.

I can only tell you what the market is doing.

It’s Friday and I am going to head home to the family a little earlier today but I am going to take just a couple of minutes to write this to you because these are exciting times for new builds.

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about opportunities.

How we find them, appreciate them, and what we do with them.

And how different my daughters will be to mine, based on the era we grow up in.

I truly believe regardless of your upbringing, background, era, or social status you have to create opportunities.

The quicker and better you can learn to do this the more fun life becomes.

A lot of people talk about curiosity being a key to success, I think it is being curious about opportunities and how to make things better or how you can interject yourself onto something and change it.

We live a beautifully glorious, painful life and we have to figure out what to do with it, in the end, it is only as fun as the opportunities we create through our own imagination of what our lives can be!
